Judy Olivier
Judy has experience developing response plans for government agencies and small businesses, designing and delivering trainings for emergency responders, and facilitating community preparedness projects that address needs of vulnerable populations. 

Judy is also a certified Field Traumatologist and an active American Red Cross emergency service volunteer.
